New ‘Group’ Catalog from Casso-Solar

Casso-Solar Corporation of Pomona, NY, a manufacturing leader for over 45 years in IR technology and sophisticated drying ovens for ink coatings, has released a brand new catalog that depicts the additional family of three principals it represents exclusively in North America, as Casso-Solar Glass Machinery Group (CSGMG).

The foundation of Casso-Solar's core business to date has been on its ability to successfully supply high quality Spandrel Glass Systems, Laminating, Annealing and Bending Furnaces of all types to every corner of the glass processing and fabricating markets. The creation of Casso-Solar Glass Machinery Group, as a single source supplier, was the result of customers' requests to provide turn-key processing systems not currently manufactured by the company. The after sales side of Casso-Solar is a major source of replacement heaters and parts for numerous drying systems.

The Group is proud to represent the formidable range of Yuntong's high-level innovative horizontal tempering furnaces for flat glass. Processing capabilities from 2.8 mm – 19 mm (with heat balancing), a variety of bend/temper systems, convection (for coated glass & maximum efficiency) and continuous for highest productivity. Being extremely resourceful and competitive for over 30 years at virtually every level of glass processing, Yuntong's furnace systems can meet the most stringent of specifications, budgets and delivery requirements.

In addition to being a primary supplier of Spandrel coating lines, Casso-Solar's new machinery group handles the line from Fleischle, Europe's most successful and prominent flat glass screen printing machine manufacturer. With some 25 years experience specifically in appliance, automotive and architectural markets, glass printing systems are available to meet just about every imaginable need, automation level and options, from edge-to-edge printing of automotive glass, optical setup systems to fast changeover features, up to 130" x 276" in glass size.

The Group's third principal in the line-up is Olbricht, Europe's leading manufacturer of quality preprocessing equipment. The variety of products made are extensive, ranging from compact all-in-one CNC cutting, breakout and grinding systems to handling devices such as robotic loaders, unloaders, stackers, accumulators and transfer systems to fully integrated photovoltaic module manufacturing lines and more. Their innovative designs, smart solutions, competence and experience have benefited numerous North American customers for over 30 years.
